Mollen is a climate change communicator and Morning Show host at
UBC , also a Weather
Forecaster at Uganda National Meteorological Authority(UNMA).
Mollen is an award winner, East Africa Climate Action Awards
2021, and was recognized with a
Honarable Mention among the Best four weather presenters across the
world by European
meteorological society (EMS 2015) ; the first in Africa to ever get
this mention. She is also a
founding member of Climate without Borders.
